Madagascar PHE Network Strategy 2024-2028

Facing the growing challenges of climate change and unequal access to basic services, the SPE Network strengthens its action through an ambitious 2024–2028 strategy, to amplify the impact of the integrated Health–Population–Environment approach in service of Malagasy communities.

PHE Network Statutes

This founding document, the result of collective work and in-depth reflection, constitutes much more than a simple legal framework, defines PHE Network’s governance, its values, and its operating procedures. For the development of the network and its members, these statutes hold paramount importance by providing them with a solid structure, strengthened legitimacy, and the necessary tools to amplify their impact, mobilise resources, and build strategic partnerships for the long term.
